Indian Hills Community College has announced that Cheyne Reiter, son of Mary Delagardelle and Dan Reiter of La Porte City, completed his graduation requirement at the end of the 2011-12 Winter Term. Cheyne receive an Associate of Arts degree at Indian Hills Community College, located in Ottumwa.
