The office of Jama C. Runyan, CPA, is supporting several Cedar Valley nonprofits by hosting a “2012 Christmas Store.” How does it work? Gifts you donate are not given, but sold at a 75–80% discount through the Christmas Store. This allows selected parents who may be struggling financially to shop for their children without creating greater strain on their budgets.

There are three ways for individuals or groups to help make Christmas possible for a local family:

Stop by the office at 218 Main Street, pick up a list of suggested gifts and then return an unwrapped gift

Simply drop off a new, unwrapped gift in the price range of $10–$30 that is appropriate for a child between the ages of 3-18. (No stuffed animals or health, beauty or clothing items, please.)

Donate a gift certificate in the amount of $20 to Toys R Us, Best Buy, or Old Navy

All gifts must be to the office (218 Main Street) by Thursday, December 6 at 5 PM.
